How do I book a clean?
The quickest way is WhatsApp — message us on +971 50 261 7127 and we'll confirm your slot. You can also send the enquiry form on our Contact page and we'll reply within the same day.
What are your prices?
Holiday home turnovers start from AED 115 for a studio, AED 140 for a 1-bedroom, AED 175 for a 2-bedroom and AED 200 for a 3-bedroom. For villas and larger properties, contact us for a custom quote. Deep cleaning and upholstery work are quoted based on the size and condition of the property.
How fast can you turn over a holiday home?
Our teams are built around tight check-in and check-out schedules. Tell us your guest arrival time and we'll have the property ready before check-in — we aim to confirm quotes within hours.
Do you follow DTCM requirements?
Yes. Every team is trained on the DTCM requirements for holiday homes, so your property meets the standards regulators expect — including presentation and linen handling.
What standards do your teams work to?
Our staff are thoroughly vetted and trained for weeks before they go on a property, and they clean to European standards. After every clean we report any damages or missing items, and quality checks keep the standard consistent.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, our teams arrive fully equipped with professional products and machinery, including extraction equipment for furniture shampooing and carpet & curtain deep cleaning.
Do you handle linen?
Linen handling is part of every holiday home turnover — beds are stripped, made up and presented properly before the next guest arrives.
What other services do you offer?
Beyond holiday home turnovers, we do deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, furniture shampooing, carpet & curtain deep cleaning, and general & regular cleaning.
What are your working hours?
We're available all days, 9:00–20:00.
